The Headlines:

Performing a variety of financial and accounting duties focused on RTR Non Alc space. Prepare and manage monthly and quarterly journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of basic reporting. Partner with Non Alc commercial finance team for necessary accounting and financial entries / activities to support alternative routes to market (primarily direct to retailer and ecommerce).

The Responsibilities:

· Support the monthly closing process, including the preparation of journal entries, coordinating with necessary stakeholders

· Reconcile accounting entries for alternative routes to market (DTR, DTC)

· Create standard process for Non Alc RTR routines

· Support other Ad Hoc finance requests or enquiries from business partners

· Use financial analysis techniques, tools, and concepts to provide practical counsel to business units partners and to help drive business results

· Obtain information from customers and business partners to draw conclusions abut business processes, take a systematic approach to evaluating alternatives, and make recommendations to management

· Support continuous improvement initiatives across PTP, OTC, RTR and AR workflows, identifying opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.

The Qualifications:

· You have a 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

· You have 2+ years of relevant finance, accounting, and record to report processes; prior experience in Corporate Finance is highly preferred

· You are skilled in using a variety of software and tools, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook; prior experience using SAP and Blackline strongly preferred

· Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls

· Proven experince to create standard workflows and processes

· Understanding of monthly close accounting activities and journal entry preparation

· Proficient in Microsoft office, including excel

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of indirect tax requirements in the non-alc beverage industry

Skills:

· Attention to detail and problem solving

· Proficient with SAP and MS Excel

· Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with stakeholders at different levels and areas of the business

· Knowledge of non-alc route to market
