Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Entry-Level BIM Technician to join our team. In this role, you will support the development and management of Building Information Models (BIM) for various architectural and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation and maintenance of BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure accurate and efficient model development.
Prepare detailed drawings and documentation from BIM models.
Conduct clash detection and coordinate resolution efforts.
Support the implementation of BIM standards and protocols across projects.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical support as needed.
Assist with the integration of BIM data into project workflows and management systems.
Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
Proficiency in BIM software (Revit) and other drafting tools.
Strong understanding of architectural and construction principles.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $50.00/hr.
