This role is for the Director of Sales Operations for the Client Growth & Tech Sales organization. This Operations Partner role will be part of the Sales Operations & Planning team and will support key leaders across the Tech Sales & Tech Advisory teams. This role will provide strategic and operational support by partnering with sellers, advisors, and team leadership on key activities: Drive forecasting process & partner with sales team to improve forecast accuracy Drive SFDC data hygiene processes Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement Monitor and analyze NPS & VOC performance metrics to identify opportunities for key clients Support sellers sales play planning and execution Publish monthly reports and team newsletters to be shared with key stakeholders Partner with leaders and Reporting and Analysis team to create sales & seller performance reporting and action plans Support key stakeholder communication plans & deliverables Support advisory leadership in strategic roadmap planning Develop and maintain relationships...
