Purpose In a professional, multidisciplinary environment, the Business Development Manager/Proposal Analyst will manage, coordinate, and support business development activities to ensure that objectives and deliverables are accomplished. This role requires someone that thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Typical duties and responsibilities include supporting Development Director(s) to manage and maintain a strategic business development agenda and operational leads in pursuing new business opportunities, plus managing the proposal development process and sales and marketing support. This position can be either State and/or Federal focused.
