Duties and Responsibilties of Job: Job Summary Seeking an experienced Endpoint Technology Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of endpoint technologies across a complex enterprise environment, including Windows and iOS devices. This role ensures that endpoint services align with organizational performance, security, and usability standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical leadership, customer-centric support, and a proactive approach to relationship management with key stakeholders and IT leadership. Key Responsibilities * Oversee endpoint lifecycle management, ensuring secure and efficient deployment and support of devices. * Manage Windows and iOS endpoint environments using modern device management tools. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs. * Ensure endpoint operations meet defined service levels and compliance standards. * Develop and enforce IT policies, processes, and best practices for endpoint management. * Deliver training and support to IT personnel and end users on endpoint technologies. * Lead and contribute to IT projects related to device management and user experience. * Perform other duties as required. Required Skills & Experience * Minimum 3 years in a management role overseeing endpoint computing infrastructure. * Proven success in customer support roles with a focus on service excellence. * Hands-on expertise with Microsoft MECM (Endpoint Configuration Manager), Microsoft Intune, and Omnissa Workspace ONE. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all levels of staff and IT teams. * Strong ability to define and execute IT processes aligned with management goals. * Effective in delivering presentations and technical training. * Strong leadership and project management capabilities. Preferred Skills & Experience * Experience with vendor/contract and license management. * Familiarity with ITIL or IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks. Education * Required: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
