Job Summary The Compliance Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring Harley-Davidson\'s compliance with global anti-bribery, anticorruption, and sanctions laws, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), the UK Bribery Act, and sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and any other relevant laws. The primary focus of this role will be conducting third-party due diligence on Harley-Davidson\'s global business partners to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Additionally, the role will support the day-to-day operations and development of the Company\'s Global Compliance & Ethics program. This position will also be tasked with completing monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance projects, and maintaining legal compliance records and databases. Job Responsibilities * Perform due diligence assessments on Company business partners. * Oversight and continuous improvement of third-party risk management and departmental compliance processes. * Improvement in the automation and efficiency of departmental processes * Maintains processes to ensure Company\'s compliance with sanctions, anti-bribery, and anticorruption laws. * Supports with compliance risk assessments. * Completes department monthly, quarterly, and annual projects as needed. * Develops and maintains due diligence dashboard, metrics, and records. * Ownership of vendor relationship with Company\'s...
