DIRECT SUPPLY Business Development Sales Intern in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them. In the Business Development Sales Intern position, you\'ll be responsible for calling customers to drive sales results and developing relationships with customers who are unfamiliar with Direct Supply. You will be working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment focused on driving growth by participating in call campaigns targeting senior living and special market customers. Direct Supply Equipment & Furnishings Direct Supply supports every step of procurement with more than 1 million product solutions and streamlined large project management. Our care provider customers rely on us for personalized expertise, outrageous customer service and innovative solutions designed to make their jobs easier. Competencies & Skills Needed: Demonstrated resilience and competitive drive Ability to think quickly and overcome objections over the phone Superior organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrated coachability and openness to feedback Ability to use reporting to create strategy and call focus What You\'ll Do and Impact: Build awareness with senior living customers of all Direct Supply offerings-focused on a One Direct Supply approach Proactively engage strategically identified targets (averaging 40+ outbound calls/day). Assist customers with their needs and work with internal partners on the execution of their needs. Experience: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor\'s Degree program as a Junior or Senior (with at least 2 semesters remaining in school) Experience and comfort calling customers to drive new business opportunities Additional Items of Interest: Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher Job to be performed in the location listed.
