As a participant in the management trainee program, the individual in this position will rotate among various branches in Southeast Wisconsin based upon position assignments. NATURE AND SCOPE: Reports directly to the immediate department Supervisor along with the Vice President of Branch Sales and Service. Rotates through the majority of branches and departments in the credit union in order to obtain a solid knowledge base. REQUIREMENTS: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. College degree or working towards degree is preferred. Minimum of one year of supervisory experience. Combination of education and experience will be considered. 2. Experience leading a team to achieve customer service and sales goals. 3. Must have experience or be able to gain proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job. 4. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently. 5. Must have a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must understand and comply with all job-related State and federal laws and regulations. 6. Must be able to adapt to change as the rotation dictates. 7. Must have or attain National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#). PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Observes experienced staff and gains knowledge on policies, procedures, methods and standards required of the various departments. 2. Achieves goals set by department or branch during each rotation. 3. Demonstrates leadership skills and knowledge-growth from each rotation. 4. Builds banking relationships with members, offering financial products and services. Originates consumer loans within approval limits. 5. Assures that members receive high quality, efficient, friendly and professional service. 6. May be required to attend meetings or training at headquarters or an off-site location. 7.
