Job Title: B Shift - Mill Pack

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team for the- Mill Pack position. You will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are printed, packed, and documented accurately and on schedule. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our shipment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Print customer orders by scheduled on time and date

  • Pack shipments per customer requirements

  • Document customer orders using pick ticket

  • Label customer packages

  • Stage and consolidate customer shipments when applicable

  • Submit pick tickets to Shipping Office for processing

  • Perform finished goods inventory cycle counts

  • Assist shipment loaders

  • Must become forklift certified and operate forklift in a safe and effective manner

Work Environment

The B shift operates Monday through Thursday from 5:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., though currently, we do not work on Mondays. After a training period of 2-6 months, employees will receive a $2 shift premium. Our plant has roughly 100 employees across 4 shifts, is a non-union shop, and maintains a very safe and friendly workplace environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
