What’s the role?

This is a great opportunity to join our Operations Team as an Operations Advisor - Registrations.

The role will cover both Electricity & Gas services working, coordinating, and managing registrations processes to deliver the first bill to the customer accurately and in a timely manner. It is also necessary to liaise with third parties including other suppliers, as well as directly with the customer to resolve any queries or issues. You will need you strong IT and data analysis skills with the ability to handle and manipulate large volumes of data accurately.

The Team is focused on delivering operational efficiency to underpin the delivery of “best in class” experiences to our business customers and own and lead operational process, data flows efficiency and metering service delivery.

The main areas of responsibility are;

  • Managing registrations, losses, rejections, objections and renewal processes

  • Resolving read disputes & erroneous transfers

  • Chasing for missing meter technical details, opening and closing reads

  • Manage Agent Appointments and exceptions.

  • Manage initial account set-up

  • Managing emails, phone calls and tickets

  • Updating internal and external systems

  • Reviewing and updating working instructions

  • Analysing current process and suggesting improvements

  • Provide weekly and monthly KPI’s

What we need from you

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a high degree of self-management and initiative with an aptitude for learning, you will need to have Industry experience within a fast-moving department and can communicate effectively. You will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and be able to proactively identify process improvements. You need to be a team player and be able to build effect working relationship with colleagues.
