About the role:

The Order Management Specialist is a crucial connection between the customer, sales, account management, field services, fulfilment, and finance. It will provide you with the opportunity to gain a broad knowledge in many areas of our customer journey and the varied teams. Between them, the team has a range of experiences and skills and their openness creates an environment where you can learn.

Based in the Milton Keynes office, the hours are: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

As an Order Management Specialist, you will:

  • Manage the implementation of incoming orders with precision.

  • Enter new business orders into the SAP system, set up accounts, vehicle lists, multiple user logins

  • Process additions to fleet orders and account renewals for existing customers.

  • Arrange hardware upgrades as needed.

  • Play a pivotal role in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction scores and meeting Key Performance Indicators.

What you'll need

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Based within commuting distance to our office in Kents Hill, Milton Keynes.

  • Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.

  • Experienced in order processing, preferably with SAP knowledge.

  • Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and building relationships.

  • Highly organised with excellent coordination skills in a B2B environment.

  • Detail-oriented and accurate.

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.

  • Ready to take ownership and ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

  • Eager to learn, develop, and adopt new skills and methods.
