Mölnlycke is now looking for a UK&I Marketing Manager to drive the execution of the regional marketing strategy, ensuring its successful implementation in the UK market.

As the Marketing Manager for the UK&I you’ll lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster their professional growth and success.

  • You'll help drive forward our sustainability/digitalization agenda, helping shape and implement strategies that align with our goals and values.

    What you’ll need

  • Background in healthcare, ideally wound care or homecare, ostomy, continence, urology or pressure care.

  • Team leadership experience: demonstrated experience in leading and managing small marketing teams. Proven ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve individual and collective goals.

  • background in product management, including product launches and lifecycle management. Experience in downstream marketing activities, such as market research, messaging development, and sales enablement.

  • Familiarity with the UK healthcare landscape, particularly in the acute and homecare sectors. Knowledge of relevant regulations, reimbursement systems, and customer segments is advantageous.

  • Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across cross-functional teams. Strong presentation and negotiation skills are essential.

  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel to attend UK events, conferences, and meetings as required.
