Our Customer Success Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting our Customer Success team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving efficiency.

You’ll be supporting the Customer Success team by efficiently managing and prioritizing cases, aiming to encourage customers to utilize self-service options, thereby reducing the volume of cases and customer contacts.

Location and Working Hours:

This role is based at the Milton Keynes office, and you'll be expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Triaging cases from Salesforce: allocating to relevant team/s and actioning those within your role

  • Assisting in processing customer orders and maintaining adherence to predefined KPIs for timely ticket resolution.

  • Playing an integral role in Salesforce administration: the generation of scheduled and ad-hoc vital customer and internal reports.

  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service and support throughout your interactions.

  • Collaborating effectively with team members to achieve shared productivity goals.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on delivering exceptional external customer service.

  • Excellent telephone etiquette coupled with a customer-centric approach.

  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

  • Competency in using MS Office tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and systems.

  • Demonstrated willingness to take responsibility, be accountable, and ensure positive outcomes for all stakeholders.

  • Enthusiasm for embracing change and actively initiating necessary alterations.

  • A strong desire to learn and progress within our organization.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in a technical product environment and/or involvement with Account Management support.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or CRM systems would be advantageous.
