We are searching for the best talent for Sr Op Warehouse to be in Milpitas, CA.
Purpose:
Conducts inventory counts and analysis. Orders and distributes materials and supplies. Also ships and delivers finished goods to warehouse customer. Prepares paperwork and follows up process. Facilitates the logistics.
Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives.
You will be responsible for:
Administer and organizes records on ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment.
Responsible for preparing shipping documents, processing shipments and coordinating with courier services and freight forwarders to ship product per schedule. Assembles batches and record transaction in the system. Identifies requisitions for materials and equipment from relevant departments, submits order to management for approval.
Keeps regular communication with vendors with regard to supplies. Dispatches raw material and manufacturing supplies to manufacturing areas. Documents and segregates reject materials. Receives finished goods from factory. Distributes goods to warehouse outlets and customers. Reviews all the necessary paperwork. Administers cycle counting.
Ensures accurate and up to date inventories of all raw materials and inputs the data into computer system or Excel spreadsheets. Uses computer system to determine current status and other information related to each item maintained in inventory. Rotates inventory supplies. Interfaces with production, shipping, receiving and warehousing, to ensure continuous supply and delivery to customers. Solves difficult problems among those processes.
Audits quality and proper amounts of ordered materials. Inspects raw materials received in terms of raw material code, quantity, expiration dates and rotates items. Prepares stock status and activity reports. Reports issues to Materials Management and recommends solutions. May operate company vehicles such as forklift, order picker, standup lifts, riders, any PIV, van or truck as needed.

Generally Requires 4-6 Years of work experience
Additional Information:
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $41,000 to $57,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. ·
Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
