We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Irrigation Install Crew Leader to guide our team. This pivotal role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems. Working closely with the Irrigation Manager and Landscape Designers, you will ensure all projects meet our high standards. Your leadership and expertise will significantly contribute to our company\'s efficiency, productivity, sales, and profitability, driving our continued success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and support crew in daily tasks and routines, fostering continuous learning and development
- Delegate tasks to ensure productivity and profitability
- Operate a range of irrigation equipment to accomplish daily tasks
- Determine watering requirements and ensure proper hydration of lawns, trees, and plants
- Prepare areas for irrigation projects and install, maintain, and repair various components of an irrigation system
- Uphold all safety rules and regulations
