Schedule:Monday-Friday (40 hours per week)
**This job is 5:30am-2:30pm NON-NEGOTIABLE**
Work Context

Onboarding Estimated Time:3 months of Training
Onboarding Style:One-On-One Training, Shadowing
Work Activities:
- Receiving:Receiving incoming freight. Incoming product must be accurately counted and compared to packing slip. Receiver must then compare the packing slip to the purchase order in the computer and receive accurately in the computer. This activity will require the Inventory Specialist to be in the warehouse/outside for extended period of time. Material is then to be put into stock once received. Candidate must be able to accurately calculate basic addition to verify counts. Candidate must also be able to complete basic computer functions.
- Purchasing (Error Resolution):Resolving Vendor Shipping Errors on behalf of the purchasing agent to ensure resolution and fulfillment of Purchase Orders. Candidate must be able to communicate through email/phone in a professional manner.
- Vendor Returns:Inventory Manager will delegate what items (Non-stock/Defective) are the be requested for credits and returns to the Vendor. Candidate must be able to meet deadlines when given, keep the inventory organized, and have basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Inventory Management:Individual will be responsible for the upkeep and creation of shelf/bin labels for the warehouse. Individual must adhere to strict formatting of the template the warehouse uses to ensure accuracy for receiving team putting materials away and the Order Fulfillment Team pulling items for shipment. Candidate must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word.
- Cycle Counts:Individual will participate in daily inventory cycle counts to verify accurate physical counts to count in computer. This activity will be completed with another employee daily.
