Statement of Purpose:
Schedules diagnostic imaging exams into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) with physicians' offices and patients. Works closely with department supervisors to coordinate care for patients. Ensures scheduled exams have appropriate clinical indications and authorization information as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Computer experience required. Certification / License: None Experience: 3-5 years previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
MRMC Differentials:
Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
