The Team

The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Position

Reporting to the VP Retail Region Southeast, the Retail Director Outlet Region Southeast is responsible for owning, implementing and driving the strategy to deliver these business values across the Outlet business across the countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uses multiple internal and external quantitative and qualitative data points to create the Retail Strategy for the channel aligned to the overall Retail Southeast vision

  • Support stores to deliver business plan. Once agreed support in achievement through coaching and measurement of key milestones

  • Flexible approach across different brands, capable of translating operational processes from one brand to another

  • Ensures effective store visits are conducted with relevant focus to guarantee targets and service achieved, observes and gives feedback to Store management teams to drive standards and performance, whilst identify commercial opportunities at a higher level

  • Conduct regular country market trends and competitor activity, takes full advantage to make commercial business decisions

  • Drives Area Managers to ensure all locations implement and maintain store housekeeping standards (sales floor and non-sales floor) to Operations Manual, Health and safety guidance, merchandising best practice

  • Drive ownership and pride in store environment to maximize the shopping experience for customers including store service

  • Exercises full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, discipline, termination and other personnel actions​

The Ideal Candidate

  • University degree with 10+ years of related work experience

  • Understanding of your markets Region/ local customer & consumer and creating your country/channel strategy, looking both internally and externally for trends

  • Strong analytical driven retail KPIs knowledge

  • Creative, commercially aware and a confident decision maker

  • Advocate for service, constantly Connecting to Consumer and making decisions with the customer in mind

  • Proven track record of leading, coaching and developing teams

  • Taking your strategy from concept to reality with key planning and defined milestones and be confident in sharing this with your Retail team(s)

  • Be able to react to change and move forward with a new and structured plan

  • Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management and influencing skill

  • Comfortable with regular travel in country and across the entirety of Region Southeast
