We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team based in Milan.
In this role, you will be a pivotal player in managing a fleet of approximately 300 vehicles and will ensure smooth operations by handling a range of essential duties including accident management, contract management, cost control, database management, fines management, and fuel card management.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate with leasing companies, drivers, and other involved parties to ensure seamless operation of the fleet in the specific location.
Assist in all aspects of fleet administration including accident management, contract transfers, cost control, database management, end of contract/end of life management, fines management, fuel card management, car list management, car reallocation, reporting, short term management, supplier management, tyres, utilisation/recalculation rate, toll management, fuel card, PR/PO, Innosys registration.
Manage the fleet budget, ensuring all expenses are within the set parameters.
Maintain precise records of all fleet-related activities in the specific location.
Aid in identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the fleet management process.
Support in identifying contractual proposals that can optimize the organization's results.
Identify new opportunities for savings and collaborate with colleagues to uncover new synergies.
