Job Description Summary

Demo coordinator is responsible to ensure the proper sales support, managing in autonomy the Demo operations for GE Healthcare equipment working with Sales, product managers warehouse and transportation suppliers which include plan, prepare and deliver to the customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Follow up the Demo processes like such as order booking, inventory replenishment, sell off to ensure customer demonstration, training, and tender events (etc.) have right product at the right time with the right cost

  • Coordinating and communicating Demo preparation and shipment delivery requirements with warehouse suppliers distribution and freight forwarders

  • Maintain the communication towards the customers, sales, and the business etc.

  • Leverage necessary global Demo tools (SFDC) to reflect planning of Demo equipment, data management, and set up the configurations.

  • Estimate the inventory plan for stock control and take pro-active action to prevent the deterioration of inventories (Quality of inventory, aging and Obsolescence)

  • Work with service teams to ensure completion of required maintenance activities for equipment.

  • Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies

  • At the time of Demo items sell off, assume and drive Order Management responsibilities to ensure full wing to wing closure of equipment life cycle

  • Monitor and maintain operational Demo KPIs

Required Qualifications

  • Relevant proven work experience in logistics, material management, warehousing, or supply chain management; preferred experience in project management

  • Experience in Transportation industry, familiar with Freight Forwarders, Van Line carriers, etc.

  • Proficient at understanding Demo management and proven track of excellent tools usage (SFDC) as well as Order Management and ERP tools (SFDC, GLPROD, eOM, myOrders)

  • Demonstrated understanding of Order Configuration processes

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global, and complex environment

  • Proven track record of successfully supported a Sales function, and ability to communicate efficiently with them

  • Highly capable to operate towards multiple stakeholders and cross functions

  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage many immediate customer needs

  • Excellent knowledge of Transportation & Customs, Incoterms

  • Proficient in MS Office software (Excel, Word, Office, Power point)

  • Highly capable to tolerate multiple priorities and excellent in time management

  • Advance use of analytical skills

  • Ability to self-training

  • ISO knowledge desired
