We are looking for a Traffic Manager (Marketing Project Manager) who will coordinate workflow across a fast-paced brand creative team in the banking sector, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Essential Functions:
Manage the day-to-day trafficking of creative projects, maintaining clear communication between stakeholders, creative team members, and external vendors
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and resource allocations using project management tools
Track multiple concurrent projects at various stages, identifying and addressing potential bottlenecks
Facilitate daily stand-ups and status meetings to ensure alignment across teams
Review incoming creative briefs for completeness and clarity before assignment
Assign creative resources based on workload, skill requirements, and project priorities
Ensure brand guidelines and compliance requirements are met for all deliverables
Coordinate approval workflows with legal, compliance, and brand management teams
Prepare status reports for leadership on project progress, resource utilization, and team capacity
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
3-5 years of experience in traffic management, preferably in financial services or a regulated industry
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities
Experience with project management and workflow tools
Understanding of creative processes and financial services compliance requirements

Salary Range: $80,500 - $118,000 (depending on experience and other job-related factors)
This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.
