Job Title: Business Development Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development Associate to support a Business Development Manager in expanding relationships with current and future client opportunities in target industries. The role involves conducting market research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, needs, and pain points of the target audience, creating and maintaining databases, lists, and reports of prospects, customers, and partners, and assisting in preparing proposals, contracts, agreements, and other documents related to business development.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Midlothian, Virginia.

Work Environment

Team size: 2 BD Managers (looking for this BD associate to start off with inside sales supporting their current clients).
