ManpowerGroup Forklift Driver in Midland, Texas

Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Forklift Driver to join their team. As a Forklift Driver, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient material handling and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Driver

Location: Midland, TX

Pay Range: 17.00

What's the Job?

  • Operate forklifts to move and stack materials safely.

  • Pack and print shipping labels for outgoing shipments.

  • Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Perform general clean-up duties to ensure a safe and organized workspace.

  • Palletize products for efficient storage and shipping.

What's Needed?

  • No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.

  • Basic computer skills are helpful for managing shipping documentation.

  • Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
