Insight Global Environmental Specialist in Midland, Texas
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Environmental Specialist for an Oil and Gas company located in Odessa, Tx. This person will be working closely and reporting to the sites Safety, Health and Environmental Manager and will be responsible for providing administrative support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of Environmental programs within the plant and organization. This position will involve collaborating with various departments to promote and enforce Environmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. This person will need to have excellent and effective communication skills and will need to be able to deliver professional and direct feedback to multiple individuals. This role will assist in the management and organization of safety records, including incident reports, training materials, and compliance documentation. This role will be onsite at the Plant M-F with regular business hours 8am - 5pm.

Skills and Requirements
TCEQ expereince
Experience working in a plant or warehouse environment
Chemicals experience
Associates Degree
OSHA Certification
holds any SHE or HSE Certifications Associate's degree - health, safety, environmental
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
EPA Reporting experience
Error and Waste reporting fundamentals
Experience with SPCC (Spill Prevention Contain Controlment)
Ability to give/implement environmental trainings at plants
Proven experience in implementing and managing safety, health, and environmental programs
Ability to communicated effectively, professionally and directly
Data Entry experience
Ability to time manage and multi task
Ability to keep information organized and confidential null
