Join our Lake Ridge Bank team as a Facilities Manager! We are flexible on any of our 20 locations being your home office! The Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and functionality of our bank offices. This role ensures that all facilities are operating efficiently, meet regulatory requirements, and provide a safe and comfortable environment for both associates and clients. Responsibilities Facility Maintenance and Operations: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and improvement of all bank offices. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and services. Ensure all facilities meet safety, health, and environmental standards. Budget and Cost Management: Prepare and manage the facilities budget. Monitor and control maintenance costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Review and approve invoices related to facilities operations. Compliance and Safety: Ensure all facilities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments. Develop and implement emergency response plans. Train staff on safety procedures and emergency protocols. Space Planning and Management: Plan and manage office space to meet the needs of the organization. Coordinate office moves, space reconfigurations, and new office setups. Maintain accurate records of facility layouts and equipment. Vendor and Contractor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with service providers and contractors. Negotiate contracts and service agreements. Monitor and evaluate vendor performance. Collaboration: Work closely with other facility managers to share best practices...
