Our pharmaceutical client in Middlesex County is looking for a skilled Facility Supervisor to manage maintenance operations and support equipment projects in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting, ensuring cGMP and FDA compliance while enhancing operational efficiency. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization!
Pay: Up to $100,000/yr

Responsibilities
Lead and manage equipment acquisition and maintenance projects to align with operational goals.
Coordinate scheduled and emergency maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades.
Oversee the ERP work order system, assigning tasks and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to the team.
Identify future equipment and maintenance needs to support business objectives.
Procure parts and materials for preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency fixes.
Support the development and execution of a Preventive Maintenance Program to ensure equipment efficiency and FDA compliance.
Contribute to the Quality Improvement Program by conducting investigations, preparing reports, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) related to maintenance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
At least 5 years of experience in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Flexibility to work shifts based on business needs.
Proficient in computer skills and maintenance management systems.
