Description
HR/Payroll/Accounting Assistant
• Reports directly to the Controller
• Software: Yardi -- Trinet is the PEO that processes payroll
• Being the employer main contact with TRINET for all HR/Payroll activities
• Process payroll for an average of 180 employees
• Handle all Benefits related inquiries
• HR Related tasks
• Administrative - Assist in organizing special events
• Accounting – Bank Reconciliation, post bi-weekly journal entries, assist in the maintenance of the corporate books, and other quarterly Interco allocation reports. Assist the controller with various accounting tasks.
• FMLA: Process FMLA paperwork, Track Benefit arrears while employee is out on FMLA
• Bilingual is a plus
• Time management skills
• Communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with TriNet payroll System is a plus
Requirements
Experience with processing payroll and Accounting as well as basic HR functions.
Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Must have worn multiple hats in their previous role.
