salary: $37,000 - $39,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

  1. Generate inspection plans for the tools based in the manufacturing drawing and product TDS.

  2. Ensure conformity of the product to the drawing.

  3. Records observations using the quality control forms in place in our ERP.

  4. Make recommendations for improving processes and products using the Non-Conformity forms in place.

  5. Perform incoming inspection based in documentary QC file (Material, HT, coatings, test and calibration certificates)

  6. Reconcile final inspection documentation for shipments.

  7. Establish the testing requirements for the Tools Assembly Department, if it is necessary.

  8. Issue and validate certificate of conformity.

  9. When non conformities are identified, establish and follow up in coordination with the engineering team the curative and preventive action.

  10. Ensure suppliers visits and training plans.

  11. Maintain active role on internal continuous improvement teams.
