Hilton Group Sales Manager - West Coast - Zemi Miches All Inclusive Resort - Curio by Hilton in Miami, Florida

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As a Groups Sales Manager you will support these areas which are at the core of Hilton's "commercial engine" and are important to Hilton's ability to achieve profitable growth. On the Sales team reporting to ADOS Groups Sales, you will work on projects including prospecting new customers, engaging with our HWS team with a specific customer engagement plan, attending trade shows in different states of the country and supporting visits to our property in the Dominican Republic.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Research, solicit, and generate new leads for business opportunities through database research and proactive sales efforts, maximizing new room revenue and exceeding lead generation goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and commission agreements with end-user customers and intermediaries.
  • Engage Hilton Worldwide Sales and Hilton Legal to support the contracting process when needed.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Provide accurate follow-up in weekly meetings to set up accurate forecast business estimations.
  • Turn over proper files to the C&E Team to secure a successful program for the customers managed in your portfolio and markets.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Set up a Customer Engagement Plan with ADOS to target strategic markets.
  • Define FAM Trips with HWS to bring customers into our property.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of professional work experience
  • Three (3) years of work experience in Group Sales for a Resort property
  • Proven experience working with third-party intermediaries
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Travel up to 50% of the time

It would be useful if you have:

  • Caribbean All Inclusive hotel sales experience
  • Fluent in Spanish
