Description
Robert Half is currently assisting one of our clients in the Miami area in their search for a Front Desk Attendant. Our client is a reputable organization committed to providing exceptional service to their customers. They are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Front Desk Attendant. As the face of the organization, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and guests.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Answer incoming calls and direct them to the ap propriate departments or individuals.
Assist with scheduling appointments and managing conference room bookings.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Receive and distribute mail and packages.
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required).
