The Calendar Group Executive Personal Assistant- Miami, FL (Hybrid) in Miami, Florida

A managing partner at a single-family office is seeking a highly capable Executive Personal Assistant based in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in supporting senior-level executives, preferably within a hedge fund or asset management environment. This dynamic position blends executive and personal assistant responsibilities and requires excellent organizational, financial, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage communications, schedule, and calendar for the managing partner. 

  • Coordinate and execute wire transfers and financial transactions

  • Assist with the preparation of Excel documents and financial reports

  • Oversee and organize documentation, including confidential financial records

  • Facilitate professional engagements and entertaining trades

Personal & Household Support:

  • Manage household operations, including vendor coordination and on-site oversight

  • Schedule personal appointments and manage travel itineraries

  • Run occasional errands and provide general lifestyle support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Prior experience supporting a high-level executive or principal at a hedge fund, private equity firm, or asset management company

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of accounting fundamentals

  • Strong discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Must be based in Miami, FL, and able to travel locally as needed

  • Authorized to work in the United States

  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

  • Verifiable professional references

Salary: $100,000 to $120,000 DOE
