Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Miami, Florida. The role is essential to the smooth operation of our team, with a focus on maintaining and processing data, as well as providing exceptional customer service. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
• Managing data entry tasks and maintaining databases with high levels of accuracy
• Utilizing various software such as Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data organization and record keeping
• Corresponding with customers via email to address inquiries or issues
• Utilizing 10-key skills to perform calculations and other numerical data entry tasks
• Organizing files and documents digitally for easy retrieval and reference
• Scanning and uploading documents to ensure digital copies are available and up-to-date
• Typing at a proficient speed while maintaining accuracy
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external contacts
• Leveraging computer data entry skills to ensure efficiency and productivity. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Capability to perform data entry tasks with high accuracy
• Experience in organizing files both physically and digitally
• Proficiency in email correspondence and ability to respond professionally to emails
• Strong customer service skills to interact with clients and colleagues
• Ability to perform calculations for data analysis and reporting
• Capability to use scanning devices for digitizing physical documents
• Strong typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry
• Proficiency in using computer for data entry tasks
• Experience with 10 Key Skills for numeric data entry tasks
