We're looking for a DATA ENTRY CLERK in Miami (33126) who has experience Order Processing, SAP, Data Entry and Customer Supoort. If you're detail-oriented, skilled in processing orders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you! Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order fulfillment, product pricing, inventory availability and general inquiries.
Assist in the maintenance of customer contact information and filing customer paperwork appropriately.
Accepts in-bound calls pertaining customer service and sales-related inquiries.
Management of the customer files and order inquiries
Receiving and processing customer orders
Review orders to ensure accuracy with respect to products, pricing, terms, and shipment information.
Enter POs and Ship Notes for all incoming shipments and maintain shipment logs.
Submit return authorizations for approvals, enter our ERP system and maintain files.
SAP
Confirm where necessary that order qualifies against pre-defined rates and promotion.
