Description

Key Responsibilities:
Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
Deliver accurate, courteous, and timely customer support
Review and explain medication orders to patients, including:
Pricing
Insurance coverage
Shipping methods and timelines
Navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently
Utilize internal tools and resources to resolve issues and answer questions
Perform other administrative and support duties as assigned
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in Spanish and English – Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
Strong multitasking ability; comfortable using multiple systems and databases at once
Positive, achievement-driven attitude with a strong sense of professionalism
Prior experience in customer service, healthcare support, or call center roles preferred
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of basic office procedures and administrative processes
