Job Description

All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in accordance with VITAS Healthcare Corporation's policies, procedures, guidelines, contractual commitments and governmental regulations.

· In collaboration with multiple stakeholders (WFDT team, Clinical Ops, Regional Educators, etc), develops, implements, and executes curricula and training content for nursing and other clinical personnel through multiple channels to build clinical competence

· Ensures training materials (i.e. presentations, videos, guides, training records) and delivery strategies are updated and relevant to the needs of our internal and external customers through collaboration with WFDT Team and Clinical Ops Team.

· Demonstrates an expertise of adult educational theory and the ability to apply evaluation methodologies into courses and curriculum to refine clinical programs and quickly implement changes as needed.

· Develops and maintains training dashboards and metrics in collaboration with WFDT leadership.

· Manages project deliverables and deadlines.

3 + years of experience on content dev for clinical personnel

Bachelors Degree null
