Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Tellers or Cash Vault Specialists in the Miami Blue Lagoon area, FL. A Vault Specialist internally services the customers by maintaining their inventory through performing record center tasks including retrievals, incoming, destructions, internal moves, permanent withdrawals and any special projects requested.

Essential Functions:

US Dollar Inventory:

· Prepare US dollar packages.

· Verify courier re-deposits.

· Verify incoming US cash.

· Daily balancing of US cash in the company safe.

Foreign Currency Inventory:

· Verify incoming foreign currencies.

· Enter incoming foreign currencies on CEIFX platform, when needed.

· Consolidate foreign currencies to sell to wholesale traders and/or replenish inventory.

· Fill foreign currency wholesale and retail sales.

· Ship foreign currencies via FEDEX to clients.

· Ship foreign currencies via Armored Couriers.

· Ensure outgoing shipments are accurate.

· Daily inventory balancing of all major foreign currencies, and bi-weekly for all minor foreign currencies and traveler checks.

· Record armored shipments for reporting.

· Maintain accurate counts of all foreign banknotes in inventory.

· Contract all obsolete banknotes.

· Inform the Operations department of any modification or adjustment made to an order in a timely fashion.

Procedures:

• Comply with all Company policies and procedures as found in the Vault Manual and other Company Operations Manual.

• Adhere to all security procedures in place including, ensuring that entrance door is locked at all times; only allow to enter in the Vault those individuals who have been granted clearance.

Required Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

· Minimum 1 year of Teller or Cash Vault experience.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The employee must frequently move boxes/bags weighing up to 50 pounds across the office for various needs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a 5 month project with 2 shifts available, either 8am-4pm or 11am-7pm, Monday to Friday.

Salary is $18.50 per hour.

These are onsite jobs in the Miami Blue Lagoon area.

Weekly Pay - you receive a paycheck every week by direct deposit.
