WHAT YOU'LL DO : Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst Intern , you will work with ADP’s talented team to build the next generation of the Field Service Operations Organization.

  • Work in a team environment to improve process performance

  • Apply analytics to solve business problems and identify opportunities to remove nonvalue added tasks and increase productivity and efficiencies across the Field Service Operations processes

  • Analyze data sets to identify opportunities that improve the customer experience and increase operational efficiencies

  • Complete process flows and motion time studies of processes

  • Create clear business process documentation to the granular level for associates (Standard Operating Procedures)

  • Communicate weekly project progress updates

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

  • You have completed at least 3 years of a 4-year bachelor's degree program.

  • Have a passion for process improvements

  • Proficiency with analytical tools and techniques

  • Demonstrated “Growth Mindset” with a passion for innovative thinking

  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills

  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in data mining, and operations research is strongly preferred

  • Preferred working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Access, Visio, SQL, Minitab, Tableau, Alteryx

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), Applied Statistics, Applied Operations Research, or Business
