We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Lead Software Engineer

Responsibilities

· Lead the design and development of software solutions using Angular JS and Java

· Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components

· Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and testing

· Develop and maintain technical documentation for software projects

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

· Optimize application performance and scalability to meet user demands

· Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospectives

· Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and tools

· Ensure that software solutions align with the companys goals and objectives

Qualifications

·

· Must have extensive experience in Angular JS and Java

· Should have a strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies

· Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

· Should have experience in the Media and Entertainment domain (nice to have)

· Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model

· Should have strong communication and collaboration skills

· Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions

· Must be proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Should have experience with agile development processes

· Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development

· Should have a passion for technology and innovation

· Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
