Johnson&Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Supply Planner located in Mexico City, within the Regional Demand & Supply Chain structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Business partnering with Finance and Commercial teams to define the monthly demand forecast, as part of the IBP cycle, including scenario planning.
Maintain the correct level of communication with planners across the manufacturing sites.
Responsible for the supply network planning activities.
Coordinates with Trade Operations and Regulatory Affairs import/export licenses and variations that could impact the supply; setting priorities when needed.
Supports Supply chain Finance with inventory projections, analysis and SLOB reserve calculation.
Supports the end to end launch process (first delivery, launch volumes).
Proactively alerts about potential supply issues that may require local, regional or global escalations; it includes the definition of action plans to reduce the impacts.
Review, monitor and report main performance indicators (DOS, SLOB, MAPE, Service Level), leading root cause analysis on deviations.
Participate or take lead in relevant projects (local, regional or global scope).
Build productive relations with other relevant departments across the organization.
Act as an orchestrator of the portfolio under his/her responsibility.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor degree is required, preference in Engineer or similar areas
Experience and Skills:
Required:
3-4 years on similar positions (Supply and/or Demand Planning experience)
Excel (advance)
Good ERP knowledge, desirable SAP
Preferred:
APICS certification is desirable
Pharmaceutical company experience is a plus
Other:
Fluent in English;
Statistics knowledge for forecasting;
Feels comfortable working in a global and changing environment
Strong ability to plan and implement projects
Strong communication skills and customer orientation
Knows how to set priorities, especially under time pressure
Takes initiative and acts in a proactive way
