The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Record to Report Manager Finance Shared Service Center SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Location: Mexico City This person will be part of the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) and will be responsible for the homologation of month-end accounting processes for all LATAM & NORAM countries. Key activities: Preparation, emission, and review of financial statements for consolidation of accounting at group level: Review of accounting laws, accounting accounts (balances). Management of month-end closing of all group companies: Ensure timely delivery of closing. Monitoring internal controls: Coordination with Local Finance to enter adjustments. In coordination with Local Finance to attend internal and external audits. Liaise with Local Finance to coordinate financial planning and support to identify variances. Management of initiatives and projects, month-end closing schedules, implementation of new tools. What we need to see from you What we need to see from you: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required. Senior Accountant experience. Indispensable experience in Finance Shared Service Center. Knowledge of local taxes in different countries (differences in rules between countries).
