The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Order to Cash Manager Finance Shared Service Center SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Location: Mexico City This person will be part of the Finance Shared Service Center (FSSC) and responsible for the coordination and follow-up of invoicing and collection of NORAM and LATAM. Key activities: Monitoring of KPIs: Improvement of metrics, compliance, system locks, registration of payment applications. Management of delinquent accounts - Action plan with Locals Finance. Collaboration with internal and external audits. Coordination and follow up of NORAM and LATAM invoicing and collections. What we need to see from you What we need to see from you: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration completed. Sr Experience as O2C Manager. Experience in Finance Shared Service Center is a must. Experience with accounting systems (ERP). Experience in coordination and follow-up of invoicing and collection of NORAM and LATAM. Experience managing overdue accounts. Advanced English is a must. Nice to have: Master's degree. Shared Service Center migration experience. Soft skills: Leadership / Team development.
