UL, LLC Document Control Leader in MEX, Mexico
As part of the Leadership Team, provides supervisory support by monitor performance and ensure alignment with other regional leaders.
Provides coaching and training for individual staff to ensure consistent service delivery levels are maintained.
Acts as the primary resources for policy, process-related and non-technical questions.
Manages the performance of direct reports by defining accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, providing feedback and guidance, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
Maintains service levels and enhances quality by conducting quality reviews and service observations.
Receives escalation handoffs and responds to tasks/ jobs requiring prioritization, actively pursuing timely resolution in order to maintain and enhance the customers experience with UL.
When necessary, works directly with internal stakeholders to execute complex tasks and resolve issue, if any.
Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
Performs other duties as directed.
Minimum 5 years of related experience including three years of supervisory experience, including work planning, direction and review; training employees; performance management; career development.
Higher Secondary Education/ University degree or Diploma is required depending on the region.
IT/ computer knowledge will be added advantage.
Shall be well versed with MS word and should have good Typing skills.
English skills intermediate level / Applicant should possess strong communication skills, critical thinking and interpretation skills.
Must be able to lead and support new initiatives.
Identify problems and offer workable solutions.
Demonstrated written, oral and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of in-house staff.
