Job Description

Purpose:

The primary objective of this position is to provide holistic financial support to the IMCO Oncology team. Specifically, this position is responsible for coordinating the planning processes, business partnering, building the financial story, cooperating with the team in planning and managing budgets as well as presenting financial deliverables to leadership. This position closely collaborates with the IMCO Oncology VP, Oncology team, IMCO Consolidations team, US, Areas and Affiliates Finance to ensure quality of deliverables and sound financial story and drives alignment between functions and geographies. The incumbent will collaborate cross functionally and cross geographically leading Finance processes for International Oncology TA. This position reports into the Finance Director IMCO.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and consolidate the Plan and LRP for Oncology TA internationally.

  • Coordinate the financial submission and build relevant financial and business templates as well as presentations for Executives.

  • Coordinate touch points and ensure full alignment with US and International where relevant

  • Play active role in S&OP process for Oncology coordinating the delivery and output

  • Prepare and present the IMCO Oncology Plan investment budget

  • Work cross functionally and lead without authority to lead strong financial deliverables

  • Actively contribute to process improvements in planning, reporting and business analysis

  • Lead and develop a team of finance managers

Qualifications

  • Requires 7-10 years progressive FP&A or Business Partnering experience in the pharma / consumer industry, at different level (affiliate, region, area, global or US)

  • Ability to lead without direct reporting lines and to influence without direct authority

  • Ability to lead and develop manager level direct reports

  • Ability and desire to proactively search out and evaluate business problems and opportunities

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong communication skills, able to summarize complex business dynamics into deliverables for executives

  • Ability to operate independently, lead multiple processes and meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities

  • Technical skills, knowledge of systems such as SAP, Power BI

  • Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance

  • Multi-division experience and knowledge of the financial planning process

IMCO Oncology team, IMCO Finance Director, IMCO Consolidations team, Area and Affiliates Oncology Finance teams, IMCO Leadership

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. Salary: $137,500 - $261,000
