Job Title: Repair Technician
Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide aircraft window services to our existing customers, increase the customer base, and boost sales in the assigned Regional Market. The technician will inspect aircraft windows and evaluate defects for airworthiness, repair scratches, pits, and other damages, as well as remove and install replacement windshields and windows.

Essential Skills
Experience working on aircraft windows
Ability to use various measuring devices
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
Additional Skills & Qualifications
1 year of orbital sanding experience preferred
Auto body experience
Previous aircraft experience preferred
A&P license or AMT certificate preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred

Work Environment
The work will be done in either a Textron Service Center or a Duncan Aviation location. The environment can be air-conditioned or non-air-conditioned, heated or non-heated, and may involve exposure to various weather elements. Safety goggles and protective gloves are required. The position requires the ability to work independently and be a self-starter. The typical workweek is 40-45 hours, with the potential for additional hours based on workload. The first shift runs from 7:00-4:00 or 8:00-5:00.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
