What are we looking for?
Blue Cross of Idaho has an opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). Our HR Business Partners serve as the external face of HR to our leaders, managers and employees and is part of our larger HR Operations team. This role will primarily support our member and clinical operational areas and is considered an integral part of our leadership teams. Additionally, the HRBP role is responsible for creating a connection and partnership with business leaders and HR, providing consultation to key strategies in the areas of talent, workforce planning and organizational design.
To be considered for this opportunity, you need:
Experience: Six years of exempt-level Human Resource experience providing HR support to employee populations. Experience to include talent management, organizational development/effectiveness, employee relations and organizational change experience.
Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or related, or equivalent work experience (Two years relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- Proven knowledge of and expertise in Human Resources processes and policies, external best practices, and legal compliance
- Demonstrated ability to identify and optimally navigate complex performance management and other employee relations issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively deliver important messages across a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders
- Strength in leading multiple priorities and business partners simultaneously
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills including experience delivering HR training programs
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Possess working knowledge of American with Disabilities Act, Employee Rights & Privacy, FMLA and Workers\' Compensation
- Skills in: Onboarding; Performance Management (PM); Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); Succession Planning; Project Management; Conflict Resolution; Talent Acquisition; Leadership Development; People Management; Coaching; Problem Solving; Change Management; Workforce Planning

Facilitate, participate in and develop action plans arising out of the company\'s talent management process
Partner with leaders to establish proactive employee culture and communications initiatives, such as Listening Sessions, Town Hall Meetings, leadership assimilations etc.
