St. Luke's Health System Hospice Nurse Manager in Meridian, Idaho

The Nurse Manager is responsible for leading the clinical operations of the hospice team in Treasure Valley and McCall (shared CMS certification). You will ensure compliance with program staffing and quality metrics as a program within St. Luke’s as well as with State and Federal regulations at local branch.

All Hospice supervisors will report to this position. All patient care staff (Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Aides, Spiritual Coordinators) will indirectly report to this manager. This role reports directly to the Area Manager.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's of Nursing Degree

  • Experience: 5 year's clinical experience in hospice; leadership experience and knowledge of Medicare guidelines are beneficial and will serve you well in this role

  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

  • Valid Driver's License and proof of Auto Insurance
