Our client, a leader in the Marine and RV industry, is seeking a Customer Support Technicians to join their team. As a Customer Support Technician, you will be part of the support team assisting customers with technical inquiries and product installations. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Customer Support Technicians RV/Marine Industry
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $19-$25/hr based on experience
What's the Job?
Answer product questions including features, benefits, installation, and appropriate sizing of products.
Provide exceptional customer support through effective verbal and written communication.
Utilize problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve conflicts.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical support provided.
What's Needed?
Practical computer application literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
Proven ability to read and interpret technical documents such as safety rules and operation manuals.
Experience in technical support or customer service is highly recommended.
Knowledge of AC and DC marine and RV electrical systems is a plus.
1 year of experience in Marine Electronics or related fields is desired.
