ManpowerGroup Customer Support Specialists (Hybrid) Men. Falls, WI in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin

Our client, a leader in the Marine and RV industry, is seeking a Customer Support Technicians to join their team. As a Customer Support Technician, you will be part of the support team assisting customers with technical inquiries and product installations. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Support Technicians RV/Marine Industry

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $19-$25/hr based on experience

What's the Job?

  • Answer product questions including features, benefits, installation, and appropriate sizing of products.

  • Provide exceptional customer support through effective verbal and written communication.

  • Utilize problem-solving techniques to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve conflicts.

  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical support provided.

What's Needed?

  • Practical computer application literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

  • Proven ability to read and interpret technical documents such as safety rules and operation manuals.

  • Experience in technical support or customer service is highly recommended.

  • Knowledge of AC and DC marine and RV electrical systems is a plus.

  • 1 year of experience in Marine Electronics or related fields is desired.
