JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Lamplight Farms, home of TIKI Brand Products, is celebrating our 60th year and we are continuing to grow! Join our team today as a 2nd shift Picking Lead. The Picking Lead will serve as a team leader within the Order Management, Inventory Transfer and Picking Management functions across our Distribution Centers. This is aFULL-TIME Hourlyposition (40 hours per week - 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm) with the ability to workOVERTIMEas needed. Full Benefit Package, including Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and generous 401K! JOB DETAILS and RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for direct/indirect supervision for team members engaged in the Internal movement of products and preparation of shipments. Reviews, records, allocates, and releases delivery orders; ensure delivery orders are complete and accurate in both the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Reviews Shortage Reports and Inventory Movement Files to proactively transfer materials between Production/Assembly centers and the Distribution Centers. Creates Inbound & Outbound Delivery Order sets and allocates work per established WMS procedures. Monitors the execution of picking and put away queues. Ensure shipment staging goals are met as agreed upon, monitor and report on staging status daily. Oversees picking countback inventory counts and resolves count discrepancies. Resolve simple or routine problems; keep the Supervisor/Manager apprised and informed; assist daily in ensuring smooth operations. Coordinates with leadership and communication work assignments. Serve as a trainer to new and current Team Members. Maintains documentation and records, and produces written reports, in accordance with policies and procedures. Serve as a safety champion and promote the use of safe work habits and equipment. Assign resources for additional Truckload (TL) loading support when directed by the Picking Supervisor. Other duties as deemed necessary. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or completion of GED equivalent Valid licensure/certificate to operate a forklift. Knowledge of Truckload (TL), Less than Truckload (LTL) and/or bulk parcel shipping methods and requirements (i.e., FedEx and UPS). Proficiency using a Personal Computer (PC) to include Microsoft Word and Outlook. Proficiency using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and/or an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. Effective communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in writing. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and across the Company. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
