Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee a team of 2-3 within the Shipping and Receiving (S&R) department. The role involves handling invoicing, trucking, and material handling. The candidate will contact customers to book orders for truck shipments both internationally and within the US. Previous experience in S&R is required.

Handle invoicing, trucking, and material handling.
Contact customers and book orders for truck shipments internationally and within the US.
Work 60% on the floor and 40% in the office.
Essential Skills
Experience in logistics, shipping, and receiving.
Experience in inventory control and transportation.
Supervision skills, especially in logistics with trucking.
Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills.
Experience in customer service and freight.
Data entry and Microsoft Office proficiency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Schooling is a plus.
Experience in logistics and coordinating.
Forklift operation experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
