FTE: 1.00 Shift: Shift 1 Monday-Friday first shift, with varying start end times. Start time varies from 0630-0830, end times vary from 1500-1700. There is also a call rotation, which includes one weekday of call per week, and every fourth weekend. This also includes a holiday call rotation. Sign on of \$7K! Job Summary: This position would be working in the Cardiac Cath Lab, and would support both cardiology and EP cases. Prepares for and assists physician in all procedures done in the Cardiovascular Lab. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist program or two years of field experience as an allied Health professional such as CVT (strongly preferred), Radiology Tech, Anesthesia Tech or Paramedic is required. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist program is strongly preferred LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within three months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required within nine months of hire.
